SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are shipped within 3-6 business days from the date it was approved. All packages will be shipped via FedEx to the shipping address provided when the order was placed.
We provide free shipping via FedEx Ground. Estimated delivery time for FedEx Ground is 3-5 business days. Free shipping will be reflected as “discount” during checkout. Faster shipping is available for an extra charge. Delivery times may vary during the holiday seasons.
You may pay during checkout via credit card. We currently accept all major credit cards, Visa®, Discover®, MasterCard®, and American Express®.
You may chose to pay later, which obliges you to pay upon delivery. An invoice is sent to the personal information provided. You may call to pay invoices using a credit card.
We can accept purchase orders from qualified customers. The checkout screen will prompt you to enter the purchase order #. An invoice will be sent after the order has shipped and you may call to pay via credit card. We can also accept a check by mail.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Since our products are custom created, they cannot be returned. However, if you are not satisfied with your product due to a quality issue or a mistake made by us, please let us know. In those cases, we can replace the items or provide store credit. If you are still not satisfied after these actions, we can discuss reimbursement. We may ask you to send an item back or provide a photo for verification purposes.
We cannot cancel orders once they are in the printing process stage. Orders may only be cancelled before or after approval, but it must be before they enter the printing process stage.
UPDATES OR CHANGES
This policy may change at any time. You should check the website periodically for any changes. The date at the bottom of this policy reflects the most recent update. By continuing to use this website after updates or changes have been made, means you have read and agreed to the changes.
